Our sessions bring a fresh approach to fitness with a warm welcome (and if you’ve never tried us before we’ll even give you your first class absolutely free). If you also need to shift a few pounds, our inclusive weight management sessions will give you all the information, motivation and support you need to succeed. There’s an optional weigh in with qualified instructor, personal healthy eating advice and information session which takes place just before we workout in one of our popular fitness classes. You can start at whatever pace suits you. You can just weigh in, just exercise or stay for both; we cater for all ages and abilities, why not bring a friend too?
